Who are we

Rightside Property operate across Bristol and South Wales, U.K. Our portfolio is varied, but we have developed a strong reputation in the field of acquiring and title splitting blocks of flats.

James Lynch

James first started letting property in 2012. He has considerable experience leading large and complex programmes with multi-million pound budgets working for global corporate organisations such as GE, Babcock and Lam Research. With roots in engineering James is happy to dive into the detail on site.

Laura Hoyland

Laura’s previous career saw her juggling multiple projects for organisations such as BAE Systems and Thales. Her keen eye for detail led her to specialising in rescuing distressed projects. Laura has worked in shipbuilding, robotics, space, rally cars and technology research, she is no stranger to complex projects no matter how large or small.

Title Split Consult

We have developed a technique for acquiring blocks of flats, with very little of the costs of typical portfolio building. We were featured in YPN magasine http://tinyurl.com/titlesplit in 2023 for our 40-apartment title split in Pembrokeshire, South Wales, where we bought a £1.4M property with only an £88,000 initial deposit and eventually achieved ‘all money out’.
